At Unique Earth Jewelry, we take great care in packaging and shipping your order so it arrives safely and beautifully.

• Free Shipping: Orders over $150 ship free within the United States.

• Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $149 incur a flat rate shipping fee of $11.70.

• Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and include a tracking number for your convenience.

• Processing Time: Most orders ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. If the product is made to order, custom designed or custom sized, please expect an extra 5-10 business days for the fabrication of the piece.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

Because each piece is handcrafted and often one-of-a-kind, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

• If there is an issue with your order (damage in transit, incorrect item, etc.), please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package.

• Exchanges or store credit may be offered for unworn items returned in original condition.

• Custom orders and resized pieces are final sale.

• Shipping will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
